At Imagine Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Imagine Online account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
